Return Policy

Thank you for choosing ALBATROSS SPORTSWEAR. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Return Window:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your complete order. Unfortunately, requests after this timeframe cannot be processed. Returned items will be sent back to you, and you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Underwear (excluding Sports Bras)
  • Swimwear
  • Socks and similar items
  • Any sealed products once opened

Return Condition Requirements:

Original packaging with all tags attached
All included belts and designer packaging
Unused and in original condition

Improper Returns:

Items not returned in original condition (used, damaged, etc.) will incur return shipping costs. We will choose the shipping method for the return.

Refund/Exchange Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items deemed unfit for resale.

Store Purchases:

Store purchases should be returned to the original store. Contact the store for alternative arrangements if a visit isn’t possible.

Multiple Returns:

Only one return request per order is allowed after all items are delivered. Any additional non-approved returns will be sent back to you, and you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.

Multiple Exchanges/Returns:

Only one exchange or return per item is permitted.
